The Taxpayers’ Association’s Media Prize was awarded to Wolfgang Leikermoser, presenter of the morning programme on ANTENNE BAYERN.

Erwin Huber, Chair of the Economic Affairs Committee of the Bavarian State Parliament and Member of the State Parliament, praised Leikermoser’s reliable reporting and provision of information on important political issues in his laudatory speech. In his view, Wolfgang Leikermoser possesses the extraordinary ability to convey complex European issues and difficult messages in an understandable way. His sense of humour and quick wit ensure that Bavarians are well informed and entertained on the radio in the early hours of the morning and never get bored.
